When was PhotoboothTO established?
We began building the best photo booth experiences and customizing our software for events in the summer of 2013, forever changing how events are captured in Toronto. We then began working with corporate brands to provide a experiential journey that combines digital and physical through instant prints and digital photos soon after. Weddings are our favorite since the parties are pretty amazing but we can do all kinds of events from small private birthdays to festivals with thousands of people. How many photos can we take?
We encourage you to take as many photos as you can and want! It’s totally unlimited up until the booking time has ended.
Will there be staff on-site?
We include staffing in our packages for your event convenience and flow. Our staff deliver and setup the booth and can stay with it if you like to ensure your photo experience is flawless and you have a great experience. You can also choose to have the booth without staff to save costs on small intimate events or multi-day tradeshow & festivals.

What type of backdrops do you have?
We have a wide selection featuring:
Simple all-white or all-black backdrops
Sparkly sequin backdrops (Gold, Silver, Red, Black, White, Pink).
We can also create custom designed & printed 8 ft x 8 ft backdrops in-house with a 24 hour turn around time.
We also have Green Screen’s that allow you to have multiple custom backgrounds to choose from instantly.
We can even have custom overlays appear ON-TOP of the photos such as having cutouts of people/things or logos appear on-top anywhere in the digital or printed photo.
Are there any travel / delivery fees?
We offer free delivery within Toronto / GTA. If event location is further than 50km from our office, please let us know the exact location and type of package you’re looking to rent, we may waive the fee if it is a high value package or charge a small travel fee between $40-100 average depending on location.
What do you need for setup?
Access to an outlet to plug in.
A 6 ft. x 6 ft space at minimum but we recommend an 8 ft. x 8 ft. space.
We normally arrive at your venue 1 to 1.5 hours before the start time to ensure it’s setup on time but we can also setup extra early in the daytime if requested.
